Palácio Belmonte / website

New Interface and UX Design for Palácio Belmonte’s new website and mobile version, based on new conceptual features required by the Hotel / February 2015 / Palácio Belmonte is the most ancient palace in Portugal, built over ruins with more than 2000 years of history, the house of many historical figures such as Pedro Álvares Cabral, now in the hands of a landscape collector who brought the palace back to life in 1994 with a conceptual/cultural approach, as today it’s more than just a unique, exquisite and luxurious hotel but an experience without equal that anyone can achieve. It’s a city center five star world prized private guest house/retreat, sharing the walls of the Saint Jorge Castle in Lisbon, and that brings together the most outstanding and yet subtle experiences among history and nature, luxury and contemporary art, and through a sustainable/modern lifestyle and ambience. The Belmonte has been among the top 10 best hotels in the world, collecting a RICS Award, the World Luxury Hotel Awards (more than once), the National Monument achievement and National Interest Awards, among many many others.
